Anna Bjelm, the founder of Asterling Enrichment AB, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in managing diverse operational units. Her career began as a Quality Manager, where she successfully implemented ISO 9001 standards, and advanced to roles such as Production and Supply Chain Manager, COO, Managing Director, and VP of Operations. Anna's expertise spans across various industries, including food processing, manufacturing, assembly, chemical processing, trading, and large-scale warehousing.

Throughout her career, Anna has been driven by a passion for optimizing organizations and involving every employee in the process. She has a proven track record in change management, from relocating factories and offices to reducing lead times and digitizing companies. Her commitment to Lean management principles has consistently resulted in cost reduction and engaged employee and customer satisfaction.

Anna founded Asterling Enrichment AB to help more companies achieve their potential by focusing on change management, organizational development, and operational excellence. At Asterling Enrichment, the mission is to develop people to develop companies, ensuring that every employee, owner, and customer is proud of their association.
